Who are your products for?

Anyone who trains. Whether you’re in a gym, on the track, or in a Pilates studio - this gear was made to move with you.

Are your products unisex?

Yes. Most of our accessories are adjustable and designed to suit all body types and training styles.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

Do you have your own run club?

We’re bringing it back, bigger and better. THAT CLUB started as a crew of everyday runners, and now we’re building something more official. A community-driven run club made to move with purpose. Stay tuned.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your location.

Do you offer tracking?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Where do you ship?

Although we are Australia based. We have both full National and International shipping available on all products.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible with your updated address.

Warranties

What is the return policy?

You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition packaging.

How do I request a return or exchange?

Email our support team through the contact form with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

What if my item is faulty or damaged?

Send us a photo and your order details within 7 days of receiving your item. We'll replace it or refund you once we have confirmed the fault or damage.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are available only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. If there’s an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

What if I received a defective product?

We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any damage, defects, or receive the wrong item, please reach out to us promptly. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’ll do our best to provide a quick and fair resolution.
